At Linens N Things, we want you to love your home essentials; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all linens, bedding, and decor items are in their original packaging and unused condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label generated by our portal and affix it to the outside of your box over any old labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
